Today we met with the Company. Arrogantly and inexplicably they moved backwards on several key issues. We ended the session by telling the company to let us know when they are ready to get serious.
You need to let the Company know we aren’t going backwards!
We will continue to keep you advised as events warrant.

Bargaining Bulletin #38
Tuesday, April 14, 2009
Your Committee met today in both formal session and in sub-committee. In the formal session we received 49 pages of responses to some of our questions. The company said they were “still working” on the rest of our previous questions. We made an additional information request. The company has still made no improvement in their previous proposals. The Premises Technician sub-committee met and continued to work on these very important issues.
YOUR MOBILIZING IS WORKING – KEEP IT UP UNTIL THE COMPANY MOVES!
