Late this evening, 127 days after expiration, we reached a tentative ageement on a new three year contract. we will provide details in the coming days. There will be a vote on ratification, by the members, to be concluded by September 1st.

Please oh please tell me this isn’t what district 4 got. With all these districts TA-ing I wonder what impact d6 will have with a strike.

I REALLY hope that you all think real hard about ratifying this sub par contract. As a prem tech, I feel as though the company looks at us like we are 2nd class employee’s. They want us to work harder,longer ,faster and set unrealistic goals for us. They want to increase our workload, yet they don’t want to treat us like core employee’s. Uverse is the present and the future of at&t and it’s time us prem tech’s get our’s. Don’t set the precedent that keeps your prem tech’s feeling as though they are bottom feeders. We do a heck of alot more than just hook up cable. I think you guy’s can do better!! At$t sure isn’t hurting so why should we.
